Payment and Deposits
To process your limo reservation, we require your credit card information. Please note that no reservations will be processed without valid credit card information.
Leadtime Limousine Service will make pre-authorization on your credit card as a guarantee. Payment may be made prior to or after completion of service: cash, credit card or bank transfer.
The price quoted and paid for is the final price based on the information provided at the time of the booking without any unexpected costs unless there is a deviation from the route or any additional journeys undertaken during your trip and explicitly reqested or authorised. This shall be notifed by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Limo Reservation is free. However, if you cancel your reservation limo will be less than 12 hours before arrival or in case of no-show customer at an agreed location, the booking will be charged 50% of the unused amount of the contract, but not less than the price of one transfer. In the case of rent for weddings, booking fee is not refundable.If you want to cancel your reservation or limousines, please contact us at: email@example.com
If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outwith our control.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
By supplying your email address, you permit Lead Time Limousine to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
If there are any changes or variations including extra stop(s) or waiting time to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure we stated in quotation or service agreement.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
Limousine Service Co. Ltd.'s vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Limousine Service Co. Ltd. shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
Lead Time Limousine will keep a lost property book at their office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) to the customer.
Limousine Service Co. Ltd. and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
Lead Time Limousine Service Co. Ltd. maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
